Delivery of Digital Items

Upon completion of your purchase, we will initiate the delivery of the purchased digital items to your Steam account using the Steam ID or Trade URL you provided. You are responsible for ensuring that your Steam account is properly configured to receive trades and that the information you provide is accurate.

Transaction Verification

For security purposes, we may require additional verification of your identity or payment method before completing certain transactions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud or potential violation of these Terms.

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, CS GAMING HUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CS GAMING HUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES, ITS SERVERS, OR EMAIL SENT FROM CS GAMING HUB ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR SERVICES
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL CS GAMING HUB'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO OUR SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CS GAMING HUB, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CS Gaming Hub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in London, United Kingdom, in the English language, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
